A Family Weekend...

Our family weekend started on Friday night at the Metrodome watching the Luverne High School Semi-Final Football game. Steve's cousin, Todd, is the head coach for the team. Family traveled from all around Minnesota to cheer on Todd's team at the Dome and enjoy some family time together. Pictured is our niece, Olivia, who loved spending time with everyone and watching all the excitement at the Dome. This picture was just too cute to pass up - she is so fun and adorable. She will make playmate for our little one.

Our family weekend continued on Saturday when we went to A Christmas Carol at the Guthrie. My Grandma and Aunt Chris along with my Aunt Kelly and Uncle John and three of their children Gabe, Isabella (pictured in middle) and Abigail (pictured left) traveled from Wisconsin for the weekend to see my sister, Anne (pictured right), perform in A Christmas Carol. The Guthrie is a nationally known theatre and A Christmas Carol is a Minnesota tradition so it is very exciting opportunity for Anne to be apart of such a wonderful theatre production.

Day three of our family weekend started with a wonderful brunch with my family at our house. They had a five hour drive ahead of them so they left around 12:00 on Sunday, which left Steve and I with the afternoon to relax. For some reason we both feel like we have been extremely busy lately so it was nice to just spend the rest of the day at home getting a few things done, but also relaxing. Pictured is one of my most memorable and peaceful moments that happens often in our house between a man and his best friend.
